Contemporary Christianity expresses itself with highly produced worship services, influential podcasts and personalities, publishing houses, and resourceful local churches; but none of these things are the essence of the Christian faith. And none of these things will help you thread the needle when navigating some of life's most pressured moments.

Jesus gave His apostles an advantage as they faced an intensifying set of problems. He makes an astounding statement in John 16 that it was actually to their advantage that Jesus go away.
